Cancellation Policy

At Luxe Living Beyond, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellation may not be possible.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately via email at support@luxelivingbeyond.online or by phone at (972) 325-2466. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for cancellation.

  • After 24 Hours: If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you can return the item following our Return Policy.

Custom or Personalized Orders

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the order has been placed and production has begun. These items are made specifically for you, and as such, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for these products.

Refund Processing

  • If your cancellation is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
