Return Process

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.
  5. Refund: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately to arrange for a return label.

Change of Mind: For returns due to a change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
